Convenient and manageable walk to the ferry terminal, clean and well managed and really helpful and informative staff
Most rooms face the skate park and it can get noisy even after dark with loud blaring of music and hooligans there - poor soundproofing also

I loved the lounge looking towards the park with nice seating. The bed was very comfortable.
It would be great if there was a few shelves to put your toiletries on in the bathroom.

First night I got eaten alive I dont think the sheets had been changed, I did however get new bedding once I complained and was told by the maid bedding gets done every 7-9 weeks so was disgusted with that. After bedding was changed I did not get bitten again.
