Very clean hotel, great location, close to the theatre, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom products, the free breakfast buffet was impressive
Parking is quite far away and complicated, the elevator noise was annoying and disturbed my sleep every time someone used the elevator, could also hear people in the hallways, not much sound proofing

Modern facilities in a central location.
Restaurant on site was top notch. Our server was phenomenal.
Room next to the lift meant we didn’t get a lot of sleep unfortunately

This is the third Grand Chancellor Hotel we have stayed in. All have been excellent and this one maintained the standard. Centrally located, efficiently run, clean and comfortable. Hard to fault. The omelette chef at breakfast was particularly good.
