It was very quiet and no loud door banging through the night
Good breakfast but staff not forthcoming with instruction self service tea over there hot food there basically asked room number and just find a table not like the receptionist we saw so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble

The room had all the essentials like ironing board, iron, hangers, electric kettle etc
The receptionist wasn’t available after 9pm. Only a person who replaced them
