Rooms were very clean. View was amazing. Staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Very nice breakfast.
I wish there had been a better lock on the door, but it wasn't bad. I didn't worry anyone would be able to come in, but for security feeling it would have been nice.

Location.
I had to be moved from the 7th floor to the 5th floor because my room had a horrible smell like sewage.
The room is way too basic it didn't even have a kettle to make hot drinks or a hair dryer just the basics you would expect in a room very disappointing!!!!!..
I've never experienced that before I've always had the essentials!!.
Also there was no plug sockets near my bed!!!
