Private apartments, super professional staff and great location! The rooms are extremely clean, they even provide extras for cleaning etc (washing up liquid, washing detergent etc). The staff are absolutely lovely, they are so welcoming and very helpful. Balcony rooms are available and they are brilliant - especially in the sunny weather. Clean patio and outside tableware. Parking is also great - it is slightly pricey at £20 however, it is very secure++++! Staff provide you with the postcode and it is so easy to access. Decent parking spaces and ample space for big cars. Easy to access the building from the car park. Overall 5* - no faults really 🙂

Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Air conditioning just the ticket and the balcony was lovely in the nice weather. Would definitely recommend and stay again 😀

What a fantastic place to stay. Came up to Leeds for the university open day. Was easy to get to, parked in secure hotel carpark. Amazing accommodation, so much space and only slightly more expensive than Premier Inn!
Reception staff were very friendly
Great location as just a short walk to City Centre for shops and food. Will definitely stay again if need to visit Leeds
