We regularly stay at The Park and love the unique rooms in the main building but also feel the renovated annex rooms are super comfortable
The pub restaurant is great ( especially at breakfast)
The staff are adults and very proficient
Normally we have no negative comments but our room (48) was affected by a loud air con /water bubbling during the night

Nice room, generous proportions
Assigned a wheelchair accessible room, with wet bathroom which I never like. Acceptable for one night though.

The location was perfect for our visit to Bushy Park just a a few minutes walk straight down the rd. Teddington has some great shops, cafes & restaurants a really lovely area. Lovely staff & great place.
The hotel was lovely, clean & spacious. We will definitely stay here again
Pillows and mattress were a bit hard for us, but not too bad, that’s probably because ours has a topper at home.

The room was fine. Reception staff were courteous and helpful.
Breakfast was poor and being charged for a second cup of tea. 1 teabag and a dash of milk ?
Emails being ignored. We had to leave after one night. We understood we would have to pay for the second night under the T&Cs but in our haste I left my expensive silk pillowcase behind.
I was promised it would be returned if I paid the postage but I haven’t heard anything since and my emails are being ignored . We stayed Thursday 10th September over 2 weeks ago.
