The charm and character of the building and rooms. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, The night staff organised for our room to be ready early due to our early arrival from the airport.

Nice bedrooms and the decor/hampers and connecting rooms worked well for group of 2 adults and 2 older kids
Pool area is very tired - steam room and sauna could do with upgrade (not hot) and 3 depressed shapeless loungers on poolside meant there is limited space for guests to relax between swims or watch the kids in comfort

Comfortable bed, nice toiletries, accommodating and helpful staff. Good dinner and comfortable bar areas for drinks.
Dark ground floor room. Towels in bathroom very tired, paintwork in room and on cupboards tired and chipped. Pool area very tired and old, broken lockers, grubby floor.
