The place is so easy to find and couldn't be better placed at a motorway service station so next day, you're immediately able to rejoin the motorway and continue your journey.
All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and eager to help with anything.
Great that the reception is licensed to sell a range of alcohol and beers.
Room was clean and very well equipped.
Everything was fine so I have no negatives.

Fine nights stay.
Directions defaulted to the northbou d side of m40 so time and fuel wasted getting there.
Although parking fee of £5 was included in confirmation the reception tried to take the fee but agreed to speak to manager before we paid. We left in morning and fee was not asked for.

Room was a good size, bed was comfy
Dirtiest room I’ve stayed in. Basin cracked & stained, mirror broken & held together with clear tape, bathroom fan filthy, carpets needed a good vacuum. TV reception poor, kept breaking up.
