Very helpful staff, room, bed, bathroom clean.
Can`t think of anything.

Comfy bed, clean room, convenient location. Staff very lovely and 24 hr check in which was great for us as our flight was very delayed and we arrived at the hotel many hours after originally planned.

Check in efficient and pleasant. Room was clean and functional.
More generous drinks tray - biscuits perhaps.

Location for the NEC and price compared with other options nearby are good.
Shower is pretty decent.
Bathroom not fully cleaned (shavings on the counter above the sink) and not enough plug sockets (none at all by the bedside tables)
