Great location, walking distance to Buckingham Palace and other major tourist areas. Outdoor area for a drink and afternoon tea was lovely.
Everything was fine.

The hotel was fine according to my client.
The AirCon was not working sufficiently, and no compensation was even mentioned. No offers to relocate them, or reduce the rate. They were not happy.
