Rooms are really spacious great beds, love the additional room space for my son
breakfast is a lovely experience
Car charging ample and easy to operate
Window was open and we didn't arrive until 10pm so it was freezing and took a while to warm up
WE didn't have a bath when we usually get a shower

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower tray had mould all around the bottom.
The floor in the room was dirty and didn't appear to have been hoovered for some time.
The wifi was dreadful.
There was no water in the room, nor was their a fridge, which was disappointing.
Arriving at night, it was quite difficult to find as there was no sign with lights to identify the hotel from the access road.
