Good location and nice bedroom
Breakfast expensive poor value
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Beautiful unique property in great walking distance to all major attractions.
We had a mixed experience with the staff some were excellent and really went above and beyond but we found the bar staff to be particularly slow with not a lot of awareness and we waited quite a long time to be served and things were also forgotten
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Spa facilities and rooftop lounging area
Windows / doors were frosted glass so I couldn’t see out at all.

Good location.
This is not a 5 star hotel, which I should have spotted by it operating under the name of ‘Cool Rooms’.
Staff, whilst friendly, are not trained or managed to operate at this level & we received very poor service.
Pillows were of very poor quality.
Internet quality in room was intermittent.
Bar area was disappointing and lacked any atmosphere (a proper barman/woman would help).
The grandeur of the Palacio flatters to deceive.
