This was such an amazing experience for our whole family. The location is perfect, the staff are super friendly and are super responsive, and the junior suites are spacious and comfortable! Will definitely book again if we ever get the chance.

-The location is very good, convenient - we were able to walk everywhere.
-Staff is welcoming.
-We had two drinks at the rooftop area and received 20% discount as well which was nice.
-The rooms facing the inner court was very dark, we had to have the lights on even during the day.
-The shower had mould so asked the hotel staff to get rid of it, they came in and used a chemical to remove this.
-Ideally it would be nice to not have to deal with this given its a five star hotel but the response was immediate.
