Quiet, comfortable, convenient.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Great location for our visit to Melbourne to go to a show at Hamer Hall.
Easy & friendly check in & reasonably priced secure car parking on site.
Spacious lobby and front drop off at Hotel.
Our apartment was comfortable.
Quiet apartment complex.
Loved been by near Botanic Gardens.
We faced a construction site but this was only an issue on second night when noisy works in progress.

Great location - walking distance to MCG and the city but also convenient for catching trams
Maybe a little ‘tired’ but still clean
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
The location is fantastic - close to a tram / train station and right across the street from the Royal Botanical Gardens. Woolworths (groceries) right around the corner. Spacious unit, nice bed.
A little tired and the kitchen was not properly set up (dishwasher didn’t clean, insufficient dishwashing liquid, too few utensils, dishes etc). The WiFi was terrible.
