The room is spacious, bathroom looks like it's been renovated.
The reception doesn't have any staff, and when checked in, there is no induction of the wifi, and no access to certain floor during certain hours. I had to find this out myself. There is basically no service at this hotel. I didn't know that this is a self served hotel.
The bed was extremely soft and I sunk in around the waist area.
The carpet is dirty.

location was great, we never saw any staff, it was an easy remote entrance set up with code. Great spot for what we needed, great to have supermarket and the market close by.
the smell of the room/hallway was really strong like air freshner or something, it actually gave me a headache

Location great, easy to get into city quickly in the AM. Lots of restaurants in area and a grocery store.
Some maintenance is required for the room I was in. The shower area needs attention: slow drain, missing face plate on the tap, tap handle not set (fell off). The kitchenette sink needs be fastened to the counter (loose). Music from the restaurant does come up into the room
