Excellent stay at The Langham. Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, and outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly and professional, making the experience truly enjoyable.

All the staff we met were extremely gracious and helpful. The room was a very good size with a huge bathroom. I don’t know if perhaps our room was an accessible one (which we did not require) but the sink was very low. Nice selection on the breakfast buffet which seems to cater for most if not all. My only issue with the buffet was that there was only one person making the omelettes and the line was very long. Too long to wait while your toast and coffee get cold, so I moved on to the poached eggs. No wait there.

Amazing Staff and Location is absolutely perfect for a say in Melbourne. Breakfast options are extremely pricy with Melbourne being the heart of Cafes my recommendation would be skip the breakfast and explore Melbourne's laneways!
Otherwise hotel and stay was perfect.
