Good value for money in a great location.
It needed a little bit of TLC.

Great location, in the centre of everything. Staff were very helpful, we had to move rooms due a small issue.
Breakfast Included is continental only (limited options), which you order with the waiting staff. On booking.com cheese & cold meats advertised and there is none. You can order 1 glass of juice, any extra you have to pay. If you want cooked breakfast you have to pay £11.00. I have never stayed in a hotel where continental breakfast is not laid out for you to help yourself, this was really disappointing and added to waiting time to be served.

Location, cleanliness, staff
Would prefer a room farther from the lift next time — but the noise wasn’t as loud as it might have been

Location for high street, cathedral, shops, quality of room furnishings
Parking cost £25 a night, no window in room 221! Just frosted glass,, very warm
