The bed was very comfortable, clean and tidy, the breakfast was amazing they catered for all needs. Booked for 1 night decided to stay for 2 and they organised that for us. The meals at night were amazing. From when you walked in the door at reception to when we left all the staff including housekeeping and the fire alarm man were lovely really made you feel welcome

Good location - could see Loch Lomond from our window. Very clean, decent sized room & bathroom, located in one of the cottages approx 30m from the entrance to the hotel & with a parking spot just outside. Excellent buffet style breakfast - plenty of choice. Loved the Asian salad on the evening meal menu. Friendly helpful staff.
Hotel also has it’s own grocery shop & coffee shop. Local walking trails start just across the road, plus trips are available on the lake cruise service located just 10 minutes down the road (weather permitting).
Nothing really. The only issue I had was with a wobbly lid for the porridge one morning … which ended up on the floor when I helped myself to it.

I can’t say there was anyone thing I liked
Bed hard, pillows neck breakers, the location was ok nothing more, not a massive amount to do, the cottages we stayed in were very poor no tv shower was pointless no power and cold, breakfast was just ok nothing special, and the food in restaurant was over priced and again like a Greenking pub meal
