The hotel was exceptional. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and we really enjoyed our stay.
The food was good overall, but I would have appreciated more variety, especially more refined and gastronomic options. Improving the selection would make the dining experience even better.

Very pretty, clean and relaxing. The staff were very nice. They gave good service from when we first arrived, and we felt taken care of from the start. The food was also varied and good. Rajdip and Govinda were excellent servers at Senso. The rooms were nice and big, and the sunbeds outside were very comfortable.
The water in the showers was cold, and took a very long time to become warm.

The outdoor area, infrastructure is good, and there are plenty of options for sunbeds. Kids enjoyed the pool and the rocky beach is suffient for building castle. Room was decent even if bathroom needs a lift. Bed and pillows are comfy.
Food is pretty average and segala restaurant is a joke.
Customer service? .. well not sure if staff are trained properly or just off the boat from India.
