The hotel was adequate. With so much choice in Benidorm there are probably more conveniently placed ones to choose from near the beach... However this was directly opposite Benidorm Palace so couldn't be better for there. Older clientelle so no noise from guests or surroundings. Buffet meals were Ok. Plenty of choice but not amazing, really.
Don't really have any negatives apart from the long walk to the beach.

The location was perfect as we were visiting the Benidorm Palace.... you couldn't be closer. We only stayed one night. The staff were very welcoming. The common areas seemed ok but we weren't there long enough to enjoy them. We did have one drink in the bar which was ok. There was very little atmosphere but that may be down to the time of year.
The room was dated and very basic, although clean. The breakfast was truly awful. The pastries, were ok but anything cooked was freezing cold.
