Perfect location, convenient for exploring the centre os Madrid. It is intimate and with good facilities. The staff were lovely and very attentive and polite.
The room had hard floors. Bits and pieces on the floor a bit irritating under foot. Would have preferred carpet or rugs. Also the in-room mini bar offerings were very pricey.

The location. Breakfast, very clean room.
The bathroom door does not slide due to it being collapsed and has an inch or two on each side that is open: no privacy.

The Regina Hotel was incredibly professional.
We had an issue with one of our rooms, but the way the hotel handled it so quickly made me certain that I would stay here again. Among the female receptionists, the Asian lady who was on the night shift on October 16 was truly a professional. Thank you so much! Thanks to her, we were able to move to another room and get a comfortable night's sleep.
The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was close to perfect. I also really appreciated that the room door wasn't one of those heavy doors that close automatically.
The storage space was reasonable for the size of the room, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location couldn't have been better!
I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Madrid!
