Staff at the hotel was very nice, especially receptionist Patricia who went above and beyond to help me with web issue when booking a bus tickets. She is Slovak speaker, which is so handy for Slovak/Czech tourists. Room had lovely balcony, plus size of the room and shower room is great too. Please, notice, that rooms near the road could be bit noisy early morning and evening as hotel deliveries are arriving. Food options are great too, adults and kids can choose from healthy Mediterranean cuisine. There are slides for children and adults, which my son used a lot, not myself and my husband as water in the pools was very cold. In our five nights stay were two evenings with flamenco entertainment. Unfortunately there is nothing going on for teenage children or just below teenage years.

We stayed here at the end of September with our teenager and elderly father, and overall we had a very good experience. I think it’s a great choice for a short family holiday if you enjoy water slides.
The hotel has a large territory, plenty of space to walk around, and a nice spa area with a warm pool. The food was good. Housekeeping was also very good - discreet, efficient, and everything was kept clean throughout our stay.
Another big advantage is the location, as the hotel is very close to the sea.
The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service. There simply aren’t enough waiters, and the staff often seemed unfriendly, slow and uninterested. Tables were frequently left covered with dirty dishes, and guests sometimes had to clear and set them themselves. Getting drinks at dinner could also take a very long time.
Smoking on the balconies was another major issue. Ashtrays are provided, so people smoke a lot, and the smoke regularly came into our room.
Breakfast is quite repetitive and doesn’t really change from day to day. The rooms can also be noisy - sleeping with the window open was almost impossible because of the noise from the courtyard. The mattresses and pillows were too firm for me, and the Wi-Fi was weak, unreliable and unnecessarily complicated to connect to.
Soundproofing between rooms also seems poor. Most of our stay was quiet, but during the last two nights a family with two children next door was extremely loud until around 1 a.m.

The water park/slides were great for our kids
The kids were stopped from playing with a ball in the pool. They were not allowed to use floats in the pool either
