Central, clean, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
As a four star hotel I would expect a firmer mattress, no dip, and pillows that were not lumpy. I would also expect that there would be usb plugs points for phone charging cables, or that housekeeping would have spares to loan to guests.

Large, clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful
The room was at the front and very noisy. It’s by traffic lights so you have cars accelerating away all night. Air conditioning did not work either so room very hot.
