The "front desk", was efficient and we had our room (I checked in ahead) very quickly. Staff friendly and efficient.
1) The elevator was terrible, only one working and the hotel was sold out; it was very difficult to catch the elevator to bring luggage down the next morning. I wanted to take the stairs up and literally someone had to guide us to take the stairs, as for the first floor you have to take a set and then move to another set. I worried if there is emergency exit very difficult in stressful situations how to exit.
2) The room was clean and I only put a low mark because I found a big dead bug on the floor, took a picture and shared with the front desk.
3) The restaurant mix feelings. a) Breakfast was included and it was good, normal. b) The dinner, not included, was expensive and really bad. I paid 30 euros for a steak that was dry (I asked for medium rare) and difficult to chew. The red wine I ordered, really bad quality (we are in France!). Earlier on the same day I ate at Linate airport in Italy, one third of the price in their cafeteria and we had a delicious 8 euro pasta dish and excellent white wine, that also was inexpensive and good.

Location. Great check in staff. Very good service at Luiza at dinner time with fair prices. Beef was very comfortable.
No restaurant open at lunch. Only one small wastebasket in bathroom. No basket for recycling or basket by the desk
