Close to the airport - spacious and clean rooms - delicious breakfast. Reception staff and shuttle drivers were very nice such as the newly and young restaurant staff.
Some restaurant and bar staff were not very pleasant.

The location close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of quality food. The restaurant was good as well. I would recommend it to stay if you’re flying in or out of Charles de Gaulle.

Free shuttle to airport was great! Friendly staff. Unfortunately we got there too late to enjoy the amenities, but they had a lot!
Our refrigerator didn't work and we needed one. They came to check and it wasn't working. We were never contacted after that. Not a new fridge or offer to change rooms...

Shuttle bus to the Airport was on time. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were quiet big.
The staff at the reception didn’t know good English and were not able to explain our queries. There was no nearby general store and getting drinking water was a challenge. But the hotel didn’t understand our problem and they said to fill the water from the toilet. I called the reception for assistance and she asked me to hold on the phone and after waiting 20 minutes the phone was disconnected automatically. The breakfast was not even average. Tea was horrible. For boiled eggs we had to pay. There was no care for vegetarian foods. The Hash-brown spoons mixed with beef and pork dishes.
