We had room service for breakfast and it was lovely

The location, facilities and the staff were wonderful. I loved having a nice balcony to sit on and let in some fresh air when needed.
The facilities were modern and everything was great, but not having a bathroom on the ground floor and having to go to the 1st floor to use one is silly. Even more so because the bar is on the ground floor.

For a 5-star hotel, I feel like this could have been better. When you open the sliding door of the room, you can hear the people from neighbouring rooms talking. The bathroom seems a bit dated, and our showers temperature control was broken and had to be fixed. TV was also not turning on. While breakfast was good, it’s actually ridiculous that you have to pay for barista coffee on top of the breakfast spread. At a similar 5-star hotel I recently stayed at, the barista coffee was served at no charge
