Great location ! All rooms face the harbour. When we arrived the blinds were open and the beautiful sunshine was beaming in and the radio was playing, so the room had a great feel upon entry
There was a function in at the hotel on Friday night. The noise from that was very loud and we could also hear traffic noise throughout the night

I loved everything about M Social Auckland! The interior design and aesthetic were exquisite, the suite was beautiful, and the harbour views were spectacular. The thoughtful little touches, from the personalised welcome message on the TV to the bathtub with a bath bomb, made the stay feel extra luxurious. The location in the heart of the Viaduct was perfect, with restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Most of all, the exceptional service and genuine hospitality from Van and Wai Ana made our experience unforgettable. The attention to detail was unmatched, and I would happily stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised by everything about this hotel. The staff's friendliness and efficiency on arrival set the tone for what was a wonderful stay. The location was superb, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities and amenities exceeded expectations, the bar and restaurant were very inviting, the valet parking was value for money, and the view from the room was amazing.
Nothing to add here, M Social would honestly be my first choice for accommodation in downtown Auckland.

The view was fantastic!
The staff were friendly.
The bed was extremely hard. I woke up with a sore back, and my partner couldn't sleep very well.
It would have been nice to have more coffee and sugar available.
