I absolutely loved having such a beautiful park within the hotel grounds. The facilities were excellent and everything worked very well. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the restaurant was excellent. I also really appreciated the elegant atmosphere: everyone was very well dressed, even when going to the library. This attention to elegance and style is something I personally value very much.
The only slight disappointment was the room location. Since I had specifically requested a better room, I would have appreciated being given one with a view over the beautiful park.

The concierge, Catrina?? was excellent and sent us in the right direction each day
I felt the restaurant staff were short staffed and it showed in their attitudes at times
