The staff was great and the property is beautiful. We felt the location was perfect for exploring the island, everything was accessible by car. The town the hotel is in is cute and a quick/easy walk from the resort. We loved staying there!

Fabulous property. Location is fantastic in quiet Ribeira Grande. Easy to get to all parts of Sao Miguel. My only advice is that if you come for the outdoor pool, it is very cold, and days with sun are elusive.

Loved the hotel. The location with view to the ocean is magnificent. The staff members were very helpful and the amenities were lovely. Also, it's very helpful that the hotel provides a service to obtain a car rental. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!
