superb location , nice staff and clean room.
This was my second booking at this property. My previous stay was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the room facilities. However, during this visit, I was disappointed to find that the room did not have an internet TV or a coffee machine. As these are important amenities for me, their absence impacted the quality of my stay. I hope these facilities can be provided for future guests.

Close to train station, Hyde Park and main shopping street. On-site laundry facilities. Daily towel changes and coffee pod top ups
A bit smaller than anticipated but this wasn’t a big issue as we were out most of the time. Dishwasher was out of order but again no major problem.

The amenities we utilised (pool, sauna, spa) were great! This was definitely a bonus. Location was central to everywhere we needed to be throughout the weekend. Late check out was great too. Room was spacious.
The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom was honestly nightmare-ish… absolutely nothing like the pictures that were attached to our booking details, which I’ve never experienced when booking a hotel through booking.com. The bathroom grout was mouldy, glass mirror with several black marks all over it, shower drain rusted. Shower curtain from the 90’s instead of a normal shower screen?! When we arrived, there was a drunk/homeless person in the lobby yelling and trying to talk to us.. there was no security or nobody from reception even bothered to speak to the man to ask him to leave. So immediately upon check in, we were uncomfortable. The balcony was dirty. There were no towels available at the pool area? The carpet in the hallway of level 11 smelled musty and unclean. TV had 3 channels. It was fine for one night just to sleep in… but definitely not worth the price, definitely not a 4 star hotel and we will not be returning.
