Staff amazing, clean and tidy
There was nothing I could fault bar smell of elevators when ppl decide to fart in them as leaving so when others get in it’s disgusting

Central location , good value for money and friendly helpful staff.
Parking was a little inconveinient and expensive, but not unreasonable
Toilet paper holders were very close to the toilet and made it difficult to sit down without knocking them off or bumpjng into them.
Seal at base of shower leaked and resulted ina lot of water on floor after a shower.

Location, our room was available at 11am which was great.
As soon as we walked into the lobby there was an overpowering smell. Cleaning products or something. It made me cough a lot. Our room was the same, but thankfully by the time we came back to the hotel hours later it wasn’t so bad. It was hot and the air conditioner did not stay on. It had some kind of settings and we woke numerous times over night and even during the day/evening and had to turn it back on. Luggage storage didn’t feel very secure.
