Extremely helpful staff. Great location, easy access to drive to and park.
The car park could be cleaned up a little. Did have a bad smell and vomit on the ground.

We were given fantastic room 2113 with exceptional view of the Cathedral, Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The room, though a little dated, was clean, spacious and had every amenity, even including a wireless phone charger!
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, room perfectly quiet and air conditioner easy to use making room conditions comfortable for a great night's sleep.
The location was perfect, within a few minutes walk of the Opera House, CBD, Sydney Museum and shopping area.
We didn't eat there but breakfast was available.
All the staff were friendly and helpful even though the hotel was constantly busy.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the Museum stop and just a few blocks from the Australia museum, an easy walk to the QVB. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy.
I stayed there on a Friday and Saturday in a room facing William St. On the Saturday, there was very loud music coming from the rooftop patio of the Strand hotel across the street, which went until after 10pm. Luckily I had some ear plugs with me. But then I took them out, only to be awoken around 1:30AM by loud cars revving their engines outside and racing in the streets.
I am not in favor of bathrooms where you have to step into the bathtub to take a shower. It always seems like a falling hazard and it is hard to not get water on the floor next to the bath.
The breakfast buffet was included, but compared to the Novotel Darling Harbour, also an All Accor property, this one was a bit underwhelming.
