great parking, fantastic view, location is brilliant, dining room is amazing, we had the elevator.
We thought your kitchen could offer a better dinner menu. One staff person in the dining area was a bit gruffy. Oh, and we would have liked to sit in the dining area and soak up the view during the day but we weren't allowed in there.

A truly special hotel with exceptionally kind and welcoming staff, a breathtaking view over Tobermory Bay and a delicious breakfast buffet. The interior felt like stepping back into the Victorian era, full of charm and character. We would love to come back and can highly recommend it.

The oom was a good size, and I already knew we would be facing inland.
The dining room had a splendid outlook, and the breakfast was excellent.
The parking and position of the hotel was first-rate.
The water pressure very good.
The hotel is agreeably dog-friendly since our visiting friend has a dog.
I was expecting an old-world, traditional hotel room but the brown furniture was cheap, the pictures awful (I took one down for the duration of our stay!), and the bathroom pokey. I had to reach behind a flimsy cupboard to access a plug to re-charge my phone. Where was the 'Grand Old Lady' of Tobermoray? Missing in action, I fear. The management is efficient and polite, but the decoration of the hotel is deficient of good taste.
Unfortunately our room didn't smell good, but it was very clean so this may have related to the last incumbents and wasn't the hotel's fault.
