Great location. Lovely boutique hotel.

Our favorite hotel in London (or anywhere). Understated, great location, excellent service, very comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

There is a nightlight in the room. In room 4, this light face the bed and every time I turned on one side, the light is awaking me. Totally unacceptable.

Great location, quiet
Good coffee and breakfast
Heated toilet seat
The water in the shower was lukewarm, not hot. When talking to the manager upon checkout, I was asked why I did not mention that before, instead of a heartfelt excuse.
The bathroom was cold, in particular the floor. An additional heating in the bathroom is needed.
The room temperature was difficult to set. It was either too warm or too cold.
Some staff was stressed.
