Good location, good staff, comfortable and clean.
Only the stairs are bit tough, but considering it is a listed building it worth a bit physical work out.

Location was great. Room was spacious.
VERY noisy. Above a tube grate so the noise every 2 minutes was loud. Not suitable for people who work late or sleep in, the noise in the building echoes around from even staff cleaning rooms. Rooms were ok but I wouldn't say comfortable. Everything is very dated and seems... lazy. Sinks run at full power on old faucets or not at all. Shower has an old shower curtain but is quite narrow so if you turn around it sticks to you.
