We have visited a number of times in the last 6 months and have always enjoyed our stay. Our Saturday evening dinner was delicious and we were made particularly welcome by the restaurant manager (apologies, we did not get his name) and his colleagues.

Super staff. All really well trained, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Shower and bath in room 1 was great. Lots of hot water immediately available. Restaurant evening meal food very good. Substantial portions and tasty. Bed comfortable and linen high quality.
Breakfast disappointing. We went in at 8.15 and the full English components had clearly been on the hot plate for some time. Fried eggs had gone hard. Bacon dried out and the sausage had seen better days. Light switch system in room 1 totally bonkers and impractical.
