What a find! Such a genuine and warm welcome at this newly renovated hotel. On reflection, we cannot remember being made to feel more welcome anywhere else we have stayed. Lovely interior and very comfortable bed and spacious, clean ensuite. Really couldn't fault the room or the facilities at all. We made use of the sauna and cold plunge pool. Again, a lovely set up and really nicely done. Highly recommend.

Attention to detail was amazing, the little touches in the rooms were much appreciated!
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was showstopping!
Not to forget the added bonus of being able to have a sauna slot. Fabulous.
Nothing at all, only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

A beautiful freshly renovated B&B with a very home from home feel well situated with a ten-minute stroll to Exeter town. Would highly recommend and would defiantly stay again. The staff are warm and friendly nothing is to much trouble. The continental breakfast was amazing with a massive selection from cereal to meats fresh fruit toast tea and coffee and fresh juices. The outside garden is beautiful and well maintained. Would 100% recommend a night or 2 stay here
