Considering its undergoing renovation its been great.
Staff were great, especially the breakfast team and barman Francisco, who made tge best Pina Colada ever 👍😎😎
Well be back when renovations are complete.

Convenient for the motorway and getting in and out of Cheltenham. I had a car but there was a bus stop outside with services to and from Cheltenham and Gloucester. It was quiet with plenty of parking. The room was a good size and was serviced every day. I used the restaurant one evening and paid for breakfast one morning too. The food and service were good. The staff were helpful.
There was a sign to say they were renovating and there was some paint on the carpet. There was a fresh smell of paint but otherwise there was now evidence that work was being done, so service wasn't interrupted during my stay.
Could do some lighting by the desk/dressing table.
