Location and price
I had arranged to have codes emailed to me. It didn’t happen. Was a problem. Finally after contacting Booking.com they somehow got you to email me. I had reminded even the day before not to text.

The apartment was as described I personally had no problems with it the price was fair I was able to park my van which was important to me the room was very hot couldn’t control the temperature the bed was ok but mattress and pillows in need of replacing desperately I slept very well and would go back again microwave and fridge also kitchen in the room was a great touch small changes would make it excellent great price so was very comfortable
Mattress needs an upgrade also pillows lick of paint wouldn’t go amiss but for a small price it’s worth the money

Good location, helpful staff on the phone
I was in room 7 at 298 Gloucester Road. There were cracks in the wall near the window looking like the wall is falling apart. Window unable to open due to maintenance. Stains on the wall looking like damp near the bed and radiator. Mattress was hard/stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on to the point that I may have just slept on the floor. Toilet upstairs on the right by room 8 the toilet rocks when you sit on it. I paid £66 for this room but honestly it was only worth £30 at most due to the issues stated.
