Wonderful, views and quiet, sofa bed with extra thick mattress, always a plus
No dishwasher tablets so couldn't wash up, although saying that didn't really generate much washing up.
Having to be responsible for own rubbish removal, well we did it but I'm sorry that is what a cleaner does and we saw another group of guests dump there's on the steps of building, so figuring that isn't working out well..
Cleaner needs to pay attention to behind doors and glass plus mirrors,
Also unfairness if I had been as I'll as I was 2 years ago those stairs to the 4th floor would never of been possible so I think a heads up on the stairs would be good

Top floor no lift. We are in our 80s!
No instructions for anything!
Repeatedly asked about parking since you advertised private parking. No answer ! No help!
Asked about tea, coffee etc. ahead .no answer
Asked to leave luggage ahead as room not available till 3.00. We had travelled a distance for the festival. Told no!
