Location - I was taking my elderly mother to a show at the congress & it was opposite, just had to cross the road
The Staff - so nice
The Indian restaurant - on the premises, great for a pre theatre meal. And we got a singer, musician, she was excellent & a great way to start the evening
Parking - available on the premises
Breakfast - lovely
The decor - a little drab

Room was lovely and very large with a very nice bathroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this property and the location is fantastic if you are going to the nearby theatres.
Lift could have been larger

I enjoyed having a bath rather than just a shower.
We had mice in our room -- they really enjoyed our complimentary shortbread, and the bananas we brought with us!
I was surprised to find our "suite" was in the basement, with the kitchen and breakfast room. It had doors opening on to a garden, though the weather was wet so we didn't use that. The staff were pretty inattentive at check in and checkout.
