Excellent staff and clean facilities. Great location for 02 academy.
Limited parking but staff were very helpful and recommended a nearby car park which was very close.

We all loved the location, close to O2 Arena, City Centre Shopping, 5/10 mins in taxi to main strip on Broad Street.
Beds extremely comfortable, extremely clean, great shower.
Really helpful, pleasant reception staff.
We didn't like how small the room was, considering we did book 3 adults for 2 nights.
Bunkbed and a double bed totally inappropriate for 3 adults. A sofa bed would have been more acceptable in a slightly larger room for three adults.
This is room 429.
No storage, just aswell our cases fit under the bed.
We had to slide them out one at a time to get ready.
Could also do with another waste paper bin in the room, as there were 3 of us we filled the bathroom one over night.
We were asked if we wanted housekeeping the next morning, we said no as we would be sleeping late after a night out.
Housekeeping knocked on the door, there weren't any donot disturb signs to put outside.
The bunked is very difficult to get into it needs to be more scooped down towards the ladder to enable ease of getting in an out.
Chairs in foyer have seen better days, need recovering or new.

Location and price
Window needed replacing as double glazed unit had blown. Air con unit was too noisy. Unable to leave window open due to the noise of the traffic.
