All very good. We were very well accommodated for the evening meal which was very nice indeed. Breakfast was goo. Staff all very helpful.

The location was good for me as the restaurants were close by but also close to the NEC
I felt the car park could be lit up a bit more at night

Nice and clean.

The room was clean and shower was amazing! Staff were helpful and polite.
The bed was too hard (like sleeping on the floor) and the room was cold. We did come just as the weather was turning but the duvet was thin and there were no blankets to layer up, we didnt get very much sleep as a result. Then when we went to breakfast there was no coffee which was sorely needed after little to no sleep.
