8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Excellent location for Istanbul tourist visit. Next to the tram line and close to major attractions. Staff were very helpful. We will visit again and try to stay at Kent Hotel. Breakfast is generous with lots of variety.
Softer bath towels please. More cupboard space will be helpful. There is much more to like than dislike. All concerns were attended to immediately and professionally. Front staff and concierge were excellent
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The hotel was within walking distances to many attractions. There's a tram station outside the hotel. Also the metro station is not far.
There is not iron in the rooms. Which is a bit of nuisance. You have to pay for any ironing yiu need done. The housekeeping is a bit slacking. Keep having to ask for tea bags etc.
