Location great, short walk to most places and tram service . Nearby shops and restaurants, 40 -50 min to airport, great service by concierge Ramazan Cana who helped us check in and out smoothly.
The breakfast was disappointing, lacking in variety and flavour. As guests from the UK, we found the food rather bland, and the so-called continental breakfast was limited to bread, cheese, scrambled eggs, and a small selection of fruit. The drinks provided were unpalatable, to the extent that we had to bring our own English tea and Nescafé. Several members of our group even skipped breakfast, as it simply wasn’t worth waking up for.
Given that this is a 4-star establishment, the bathroom facilities were underwhelming. While the size was reasonable, the design was impractical – in some rooms, the toilet placement made it difficult to sit comfortably. Basic amenities such as body wash, toothbrushes, and lotion were not provided, and the complimentary water was not replenished until mid-afternoon. Furthermore, there were no complimentary drinks like juice or soft beverages available throughout the day, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this rating.
