The Location is EXCELLENT. For the staff, I would tell you, the concierge dude is the best person you would meet in old istanbul, Hatakhan, i think his name is (Pardon me). The breakfast was amazing with a good spread.
We took the silent basement room, It was not the best choice for us and our experience. Seemed some renovation would be required to enhance the mood/experience there.

Everything was amazing, from an amazing breakfast where you can see the sight over Istanbul, to the relaxing swimming pool, richly decorated interiors and confort in the room. Everything was very tidy and the personnel always wants to make sure that your stay is alright. 100% would recommend!
My room had an inconvenience with the air conditioning, and heat can be really uncomfortable in Istanbul. But the room had a fan, so it somehow did the work. Apart from that, everything was flawless.

Great Location, hotel staff was polite & helpful.
Steam room & cold room was not working while our stay,
Main pool areas can be dangerous, tiles need repairs, strews around pool area on handle bars, roof pool closed during our stay.
Our room bathroom jet spa was playing up, bathroom blinds not fully covered.
Outside Noise, not so quite (aircon fans from other buildings working continuously) unless window is fully closed.
Breakfast there needs to be more options, same everyday except a 1/2 changes, meals need to be kept hot & maintained.
