Everything was fine

Excellently located, with immediate access to metro and buses. The kitchenette is very practical, clean, and comfortable room. Welcoming staff.
The access into the building can only be done if receptionist presses the button to unlock the door. Easy access by card would be great.

Nice location, spacious apartment, small kitchenette, clean.
We had no hot water for more than 24 hours and despite reporting multiple times, no one tried to fix it. It sounded like when one receptionist changed to another on the next shift, no information was passed onto the next person, so we had to explain the situation over and over. No one tried fixing it, then we were told in the night that there were no other free rooms to move into. After asking next morning again, they suggested that we use a bathroom in a different empty room and it was quite late by then. At the time of checking out, the receptionist apologized, but that was absolutely pointless at this moment.
The bathroom smelled of urine all the time despite looking clean, so we chose to overlook it.
