Location, helpful staff, spacious room and bathroom, minibar, swimming pool was still open in October, upgrade to terrace room, blackout curtains, views, marble floors, good breakfast which I chose at last minute when my plans changed, furniture on terrace
Locks on sliding terrace doors were too stiff to use, couldn't make the safe work,

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe location. Close to public transportation.
The shower needs upgrade. I didn’t understand how to operate the TV.

The swimming pool area was nice and relaxing however, the water itself was loaded with chemicals and it was dirty, made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
We selected the “pay at property” option and the property attempted to take money out of my account 3 different times, my bank detected this as fraud and declined the payment. The booking got cancelled without our knowledge and we had to settle for a room we did not want in the end. I can appreciate this may be more of booking.com is fault but the hotel staff did not really care or sympathise.
