Location. Interior design.
Bathroom was too small with no air circulation. Also water from the bathroom leaks on the floor and becomes very dirty because toilet is in the same place as the bathtub. Terrace’s door did not lock and the window shades were broken.

Great view of the city from the top floor of the hotel.
It was a good combination of hotel and private apartment which met our needs perfectly.
The La Bonanova tube station is just up the road so it connects well to other areas of the city.
The downstairs restaurant was very good
Be aware, the lift only goes to floor 6 while the apartment is on the 7th floor - only 12 steps and no problem for us but others may not like this with a heavy suitcase
The toilet cistern was continually flushing water into the pan - the maintenance man quickly fixed it - just move the lid around a bit to fix it!
The blinds in the kitchen didn’t work
