Location was good & the room was quiet for being in the heart of Amsterdam. Lots of cafes nearby & walkable to everything.
Bed was quite comfortable but we had to ask for different pillows as they were hard & lumpy. The staff were happy to assist after quite an uncomfortable night. The other issue was the sensor light that came on in the bathroom. When I got up in the middle of the night it lit the whole room up like a circus & woke my partner & wouldn't go off for several minutes!! We had to take the key out of it's room slot, but then there is no power for chargers etc. Not sure if all rooms are like this? I thought for the price we paid you could at least get tissues in your room. Although there was a kettle we had to ask for mugs as only glasses were supplied. It was very expensive for what it was but I guess Amsterdam on a weekend is expensive. š

Breakfast was medium to poor for the price (not just of the breakfast itself but in context of the the room rate of e400 per night. Felt quite basic.
